May. 25th, 2009 10:39 pmSnake knew that he was close. He hadn't found his quarry yet, but he had found people who were willing to lie for the man, and that meant that he had to be somewhere nearby.
At least that was what he made of his recent encounters - with the guy who claimed that he had met Julian by coincidence, and the girl who was obviously not telling the truth either.
Now he had a possibly fake address which could be trap, and a reassurance that he wouldn't walk straight into it - easy to capture and maybe even a friend of Julian.
So, on the next evenings he waited in the place where he had met Rosalie last time - well hidden and patiently.

Date: 2009-05-25 09:30 pm (UTC)As she had passed his hiding place he followed her, like a random pedestrian heading into the same direction. He stopped right behind her when she did and put on his brightest smile as he spoke.
"Hi, Rosalie. Going to the museum again?"

Date: 2009-05-25 11:25 pm (UTC)"I- um... yes." She held her i-pod tighter, not sure why the guy was there, and her mind started racing through reasons why he was there.

Date: 2009-05-26 05:20 pm (UTC)"I. um, sure. What kind of help?"

Date: 2009-05-26 05:50 pm (UTC)"It's about my dear brother. I've found him. But he's a bit confused about the events and my person - so maybe seeing a familiar face will help him."
Lying? He could do that, too ...

Date: 2009-05-26 08:09 pm (UTC)Only then, he closed the gap to her without much effort and grabbed for her again with a clawed hand, intending to draw her into that alley and farther away from any people.

Date: 2009-05-26 08:21 pm (UTC)Becky was much stronger than she appeared to be.

Date: 2009-05-26 09:21 pm (UTC)Becky's unexpectedly fierce resistance took him by surprise, so that she was able to score a few hits and even to jerk herself free before Snake could tighten his grip.
But this didn't stop him for long - with a low growl he lunged at her, trying to push her against the wall and to block her escape.

"Who the hell are you?"
